Wrong S3 policy documentation

Apologies for the delayed response. Since this has been resolved, I'm closing the issue.

A function at `/foo/[path].js` will match requests for `/foo/index.html`, but not `/foo/`.

Change required to resolve this issue has been merged, so closing for now.

Document how to write tests for workers

Confirmed this issue is being tracked internally, so closing it out here for now.

Add language column to workers tutorial

Hi all, I'm closing this issue out for now as part of regular backlog maintenance. If we get additional requests for this feature we can certainly reopen in the future.
