Adds an option to allow a user to be pinged in the webhook

Even thoe its possible with a bd compatibility layer Native support would be nice

Should be possible via xposed to change the font in the app

Allow users to blacklist files they do not want randomized This could be done in a input box like (.exe, .plugin.js, .sus)
