esp_bt.h: No such file or directory

i keep having this issue when trying to compile with NimBLE library i see this esp_bt.h file included in several places but couldn't find it in the library.

error: 'EEPROM' was not declared in this scope

keep getting this error, i tried windows 10 windows 11, latest version of arduino ide and older versions, also tried older versions of the libraries, i tried vscode as well,...
