错误信息： ``` requests.exceptions.ProxyError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.openai.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /v1/chat/completions (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.' ``` 是不是符合您readme里说的主动加 --api_base的情况 ``` iwhat 'api explorer' --api_base "`https://api.openai.com/v1`" ``` 还是不行
