Support for .net 6 core?

Unfortunately, this repo looks pretty much dead. Also, it seems this is not actually Authorize.Net code. See this comment here https://github.com/AuthorizeNet/sdk-dotnet/issues/263#issuecomment-602876039 Not to mention, the full behavior of this API...
