Default container names specific to a browser window

I would definitely _love_ if I could set a default container – this is would enhance the Firefox browsing experience by some order of magnitude!

Vmime makes with errors on OS X 10.11.12.

@vincent-richard What does that fix mean in practice? Is there a committed patch? As @pasnox notes, the build error is still there.
