It is also occurring with the createThumbnail method, so I'm assuming this is something to do with actually accessing the file (as the error suggests). Latest android operating system, etc.

I'm having the same issue (Note 4) with the same error message. Removing other programmes doesn't fix the problem. If anybody has any ideas I'd be grateful. `Error reinitializing filters!Failed...
