I forgot to mention that this is relevant for the development version of the package (30aaec0a44b5c8be7bc24ef48dcf8283ce6b80f2).
The same reasoning applies for `get_ord_scale` where also `p` is defined as `max(x, na.rm=T)` Also, I wonder whether having 0s in categories like I did actually makes sense when computing...
