By the looks of it, the buildpack isn't ready for Cedar-14, which in most cases requires that vendored binaries are recompiled. Usually because things break on OpenSSL 0.9.8 or Readline...
The workaround is `heroku stack:set cedar` and pushing again. This will cease to work on November 4th, 2015 when the old cedar stack is retired.
