Is PyCall thread safe?

Seems that when we do anything with PyCall on multiple threads we get Segmentation faults. Happy to provide more context, just wanted to check if this was designed to be...

I'm getting this warning when I use pycall. Note, I also get random crashes. I'm trying to track down the root cause. Ruby 2.5.1 Python 3.7.4

Would really be nice to see an example of how to use RequestReduce with CloudFront.
