Vue3 Support

I like this module but its not support vue3

When scheduled to run once a minute and recoverMissedExecutions is on, it runs again the next second.

same issue , I also set cron.stop() but it did not work

Incorrect date returned using date only picker and going from non-DST to DST date

same issue the actual date is 6/30/2024 but in my display 6/29/2024
