Something's wrong that's causing `llama-server` not to serve requests on Windows. Further investigation is required. 
Once we have working builds on all three platforms, let's create a process for distributing the software to end-users through KVR audio.
This would give us various benefits, like: 1. Much faster build/rebuild process 2. Possibly smaller plug-in download size But possibly introduces additional complexity that's not needed.
