Built EXE crashes in WinXP VM

Issue confirmed on clean install of XP SP3. You need to install the Visual C++ 2008 Runtime. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26368

Why copy C:\MinGW\msys\1.0 to C:\MinGW ?

I just tested for this on a clean install of XP with a clean MinGW install. You don't need to copy/move the files. It works with everything in the default...
