Add Cyrillic support to the Charcoal font

Charcoal.ttf is replaced with the same font, but with support for Cyrillic.

What it says above, the files are there but can't be opened with anything. Corrupted files?

ClassicPlatinumStreamlined won't show up in styles

The theme won't show up in appearance-->styles. I tried putting it in /usr/share/themes/ and ~/.themes .
