其实第二种情况，也就是`Re`的情况，和quote retweet的情况，如果能包含被回复和被quote引用的原推就好了，因为现在推送来的消息都看不到上下文，所以并没有提供什么有用的信息，还要点过去看原链接才能知道发生了什么
