Maybe add setting in filtering log to enable or disable this `status (time)` instead of removing `status (time)`.
Also same for the "Reset statistics" and "Reset settings to defaults" windows in General tab.

This relates to Arabic translation. AdGuard team can you please check that string for all languages? [Filter rules count](https://crowdin.com/translate/adguard-applications/17594/en-ar#3936964). It appears as code because there's a space in the variable.
@Chinaski1 I tried turning off DNS and still the same problem. I tried using cellular data instead of WiFi and still the same problem. I sent the log.
@Chinaski1 I did step 2 (exclude) and probably couldn't reproduce it again. This solution might be nice for just one application. But this problem can be annoying for other applications...
