On Pivotal Cloud Foundry sample app with Spring Boot parses VCAP_SERVICES env variable manually. A better way would be to use native Spring support with [CloudFoundryVcapEnvironmentPostProcessor](https://docs.spring.io/spring-boot/docs/current/api/org/springframework/boot/cloud/CloudFoundryVcapEnvironmentPostProcessor.html).
