Integrate with vim(vim-lsp)

Want to integrated with vim/vim-lsp. I have no idea how to use this package. May I ask where to start?

login error : Cannot find csrf

I tried to login with `cf config` and choose option 0. Pretty sure I entered my username and password correctly, but get an error "Cannot find csrf".
