e.g. http://vizor.io/embed/matt/hmd-bake-spinner?autoplay=true&noheader=true should show no header whatsoever, even before playing (while it's loading). it maybe should display a progress bar, but no other elements.

after a while, the UI reappears and the URL changes. seems in threesixty.js Step 2 (publishTemplateWithUrl) the player starts playing immediately, but Steps 3 and 4 have not yet completed...
