CultureInfo.CurrentCulture didn't match macos settings

Hello, using .NET 8.0 here. Once I changed the region on my Mac to the "United States", the android run for my avalonia application ran successfully.

demo not working : Cannot find module '@nativescript/localize/hooks/before-watchPatterns.js'

After deleting the folders `node-modules`, `platform`, and `hooks`, and deleting the file `package-lock.json`. Then, hitting `npm install` followed by `ns run android` or `ns run ios`, it worked for me.

[FEATURE]: Support for RTL languages

Would be great to have this feature. It is the only thing separating my non-english speaking coworkers from using this great tool.
