@nvie I've seen that you reverted baa4dfa. Being beind a proxy, in my case (and I expect in others) it looks like it would be much better https vs. ssh

I dunno if decocare is still pertinent, but the lack of a `'date'` in `record` (during `CgmDateDecoder.decode`) breaks the `oref0-pump-loop`.
