原文中对于该比例的判定是“食指触及米时，水位达到食指第一指节的一半”，但是考虑到不同个体的区别（我的食指大概比我舍友长0.7cm），之前我也按照这个标准试过一次，果不其然水有点多，所以是不是有什么更标准的办法来衡量这个比例？
