The HTML needs the compiled css to work. Maybe the scss code can be included in the example files as css comments for reference.
[Docker 20.10.0](https://docs.docker.com/engine/release-notes/#20100) uses API (v1.41) with support for cap_add and cap_drop and has been released for more than 6 months. Maybe this can be integrated now.
