Hi @rgerkin - as discussed recently, I am running [this example](https://github.com/scidash/neuronunit/blob/dev/neuronunit/unit_test/serialization_test.ipynb) locally and getting the following error on test.judge: As discussed, it seems to be something to do with python...

We need a cache only backend to be used when creating model instances running external simulators and setting cache from external simulation results (outside of test.judge).
