After upgrading to Plasma 5.23, this stopped working

Same on Arch with 5.23.1.

Does sending voice messages from one matrix room to another work

I have a similar problem: when I send a voice message on Matrix on other platforms (Discord, Telegram, XMPP) it shows up as text saying "Voice message" without sending any...
