Enabling progressive web app support for the site could be a quick way to allow users to "install" the site as an app on their phones, for more convenient access....

When clicking a `nostr:` deeplink to a profile, if Damus already has a profile open, rather than navigate to the new profile it does nothing

If I toggle the "posts" tab, close out of Damus and kill the app, it goes back to "posts & replies" when I open it back up.

I've tried clicking the extension on both Firefox and Chrome on multiple articles, and nothing seems to happen. Any thoughts on what's going on?
