Win version without installer cames without translation folder

All *.qm files are located in the main folder. I had to create a 'translations' folder and move them so that the 'Main Window -> Locale' settings offered different regions...

Hello, tried installing using conda environment, but can't run the GUI. Created the conda env (python = 3.8.12) and installed pyleecan using pip install.
