This library fails to match the length of the strings to multiple of 4. ```{"fieldNames":[],"orderBy":{"name":null,"direction":null},"predicates":[{"attribute":"attributes.firstName","comparison":"starts_with","value":"a"}]}``` is converted to ```eyJmaWVsZE5hbWVzIjpbXSwib3JkZXJCeSI6eyJuYW1lIjpudWxsLCJkaXJlY3Rpb24iOm51bGx9LCJwcmVkaWNhdGVzIjpbeyJhdHRyaWJ1dGUiOiJhdHRyaWJ1dGVzLmZpcnN0TmFtZSIsImNvbXBhcmlzb24iOiJzdGFydHNfd2l0aCIsInZhbHVlIjoiYSJ9XX0``` by the library.
