If you restore these two lines [here](https://github.com/jethrocarr/namedmanager/commit/5473efeae5849dabb2abfbe7dc2a75451cd12005#diff-b4ef20f39f6290e99d8e6c52845d68ed27c38675d3628fdc48bd426c58a2ceb7L1832) and [here](https://github.com/jethrocarr/namedmanager/commit/5473efeae5849dabb2abfbe7dc2a75451cd12005#diff-b4ef20f39f6290e99d8e6c52845d68ed27c38675d3628fdc48bd426c58a2ceb7L1840) it will start working again

Revert the changes made in https://github.com/jethrocarr/namedmanager/commit/a4c1377e88dd356089907b1a77564a97349816c4 and it will start working again. ie remove `, IDNA_DEFAULT, INTL_IDNA_VARIANT_2003`
