Is there any way of initializing hotjar after a clicking event, and not when mounting a component? In the scenario where the user consent for cookies, to then initialize hotjar....

I am getting the same message when trying to scan the QR code with v8. `no usable data found`

I am experiencing this while using Github Actions and [expo-github-action](https://github.com/expo/expo-github-action/tree/v8/preview), however it works fine running `eas update --auto` locally. Any ideas?
