The Mapbox logo appears black or inverted on MSIE 11: OS: Windows 10 Browser: MSIE 11 Expected appearance is the white logo:

Expected behavior: To scroll to bottom of list and be able to click footer links. Actual behavior: Footer overflows on top of column and links are not active.  Happens...

Mapbox.js examples page will not load in MSIE 9. Could this have broke when last version was updated to 2.2.2? The pages will load from older 2.2.1 page: https://www.mapbox.com/mapbox.js/api/v2.2.1/
