I note `$backslash` in the error there: ` 'vscode-remote://dev-container\tmp\continue\$backslash$workspaces$backslash$python-2$backslash$hello_world.py'` Could it be this is a solved problem and you just need to use `$backslash` instead of `\`?

Action Management: When registering items in a menu, the menu must also take sub menus into account when finding the position of the new item.

Yeh sub-menu's seem to be placed a little randomly. I haven't investigated, I just moved it around (in the code) until it was placed at the top and left it.
