Also experiencing same issue. I'm using babel es2016, stage-0, and polyfill. Downgrading to 0.6.6 resolved the issue.
I tested this on a production service with heavy load (2 million requests within 30 min timeframe). The threads do lock, and eventually the service just puked >.
