Feature: implement OData 4 maxpagesize and nextLink

Has any work been done to support the [maxpagesize](http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata/v4.0/errata02/os/complete/part1-protocol/odata-v4.0-errata02-os-part1-protocol-complete.html#_Toc406398238) and [nextLink](http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata-json-format/v4.0/cs01/odata-json-format-v4.0-cs01.html#_Toc365464689) features? If not I can look at trying to implement them but didn't want to duplicate functionality.
