Feature request: Add text field on QR code

It would be great to be able to write a word or two on the generated QR codes, especially in Artistic mode, maybe right next to the image or below.

Current readme is not straightforward and a lot of guessing is required to set up the action correctly. I could write a proper instruction, if you wish!
