This is weird. I can see options to `Shut down` and `Update and shut down` in the shutdown menu when updates are pending (Win10 1803).  Anyways, have a look...

It seems to be not working. I've used `Restart` (instead of `Update and restart`) and Windows updates were applied during restart :(

Hello @misenhower Will it be possible to merge this PR? I'd like to contribute data from Win11 SDK as well as some changes regarding Win11 XBF decoding.

Hello. This is wrong repo. `Open-Shell`'s repo is here https://github.com/Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu . There is a discussion regarding taskbar placement on Win11: https://github.com/Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu/discussions/1909 Though `Open-Shell` doesn't support that feature.
