I did a fresh install of pik on my WinXP platform. I am an Admin user with all necessary read/write rights as far as I know. I tried 'pik install...

I tried with both `stable` and `master`. Same result either way. ## Description `rvm get master --with-zlib-dir=/blah` fails with no diagnostic info on OS X, tells me to report here....

CSV character separator auto-detection choosing `#` instead of comma in a file with many commas but only one `#`
