Bug: Dynamic Client Registration Requires Both authorization_code and refresh_token Grant Types

PR raised in the python SDK to fix the SDK issue - https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/python-sdk/pull/1651. Once merged will require an update to the tests to reflect the change.
