Keeping open to track progress.
A partial solution is to call `submit()` with smaller chunks, but that also requires involved object ordering and keeping the boundary objects.
Will be most likely resolved when #11 is resolved for the client API.
This seems difficult to reproduce - the duplicate dependency itself is not a problem, just the trigger under heavy load, and even there, @spirali could not reproduce it.
