JWT нормально установился. Получается, что совместим. Но проблема в том, что там нет файлов, которыми пользуется библиотека. А именно Lcobucci/JWT/Signer/BaseSigner.php
For me, this was happening if my WT app was already launched. Killing the app and then launching WTQ worked.
