This was happening to me with YOURLS v1.9.1, but no Sleeky. In my case, the problem was the [Don't Track Admins v1.2](https://github.com/dgw/yourls-dont-track-admins/releases/tag/v1.2) plugin. Updating to [v1.3](https://github.com/dgw/yourls-dont-track-admins/releases/tag/v1.3) resolved the issue.
