dokan_fuse: Linking options in `pkg-config.pc` does not consistent with docs

Some OAuth2 providers (soundcloud.com for example) put state in URL search (/blabla?state=STATE#access_token=TOKEN) parameter. This dirty fix concatenates searchstring&hash and send it to parseQueryString.

Make `token login` available for clients with `RDP_LOGON_AUTO` flag, such as `mstsc.exe` `6.2.22000.282` (`Win11` `22621.608`).
