How to change "useAppcCLI"

I have problem with "useAppcCLI" ... how change ` "useAppcCLI": true`, --- to --- `"useAppcCLI": false`,

I receive the notification but I do not see it, i see only the icon on the estatus bar ... how can show the notification.
