TBH: Who in its right mind uses reflection when he/she doesn't have to? IMO it's not something we should support.

I updated the issue, because it would be **much** better for the `ContentHeaders` setter to be `protected`, because that would also allow exceptions derived from `ApiException` to set this property.

Currently it's not supported to apply missing "older" migrations. This would be a change in behavior and an optional feature.
