I see a very similar issue but with host machine `Ubuntu 20.04`. I have followed the installation [guide](https://docs.khadas.com/products/sbc/common/install-os/install-os-into-emmc-on-ubuntu) steps similar to reported by @chiragpatelmn above. Image tried is android [PIE](https://dl.khadas.com/firmware/vim3/android/vim3_pie_v211220.7z)....

AMLogic Ubuntu USB driver is definitely flaky if not out-right buggy. I had to resort to connect the VIM3 with exact same cable setup to a Windows machine and follow...
