A pain point for me is not being able to stay on the same page between devices, eg between my desktop, laptop, and tablet that I use for reading.
Correction, it doesn't fail silently, I had just screwed up. However, it _does_ throw an exception if you are not currently streaming and you call Connect() on a ChatClient.
Looking further, it seems it is doing this (for me) even when a stream is running. An exception is being thrown and only logged, and is failing with the following...
I was having this issue as well but with Microsoft.Build. Adding the line suggested by @pranavkm fixed it for me. Oddly, this only happened on one computer, on my laptop...
I am also having this issue, and have not found a workaround. This is blocking our app from going live.
I'm still having a similar issue, but it seems to be only happening in Docker on Linux.

 Is it supposed to be in this tab? Or where would I find the button?
