@mpsanj you can configure alternative tracing using Istio Telemetry API https://istio.io/latest/docs/reference/config/telemetry
It does, but the Dockerfile doesn't set GOBIN=/usr/local/bin when installing it. You can find it in /root/bin/dlv
This has been resolved with the latest release https://cloud.google.com/anthos-config-management/docs/release-notes#July_25_2024
