All titles and column headers should use consistent upper/lower case (capitalization). My suggestion for English: https://www.carbondesignsystem.com/guidelines/content/writing-style/#capitalization --> We use sentence style capitalisation in title (first word upper case)

It should be possible to find persons in the search with one of their active e-mail addresses. Suggestion: No change in the view of the found persons, only extend search...
