Add "not" boolean operator

This would be a great addition!

Improve trim speed during XML parsing.

Tested the PR out and also saw a huge improvement in performance. 👌

Upgraded to nock 14 and tests are throwing timeout errors

I've just encountered something similar. I did a find and replace in all files and changed describe( -> describe.skip( and could then reproduce the issue with just one test running....
