We should add more refactoring techniques.

As started [here](https://github.com/franzejr/ruby-tricks/issues/8). We should probably have categories for a bunch of tricks. We may start using some categories, such as: https://youtu.be/aBgnlBoIkVM?t=2m29s

Add description for each trick

Probably add a description in the file.

So far, we just have one best practice for pure Ruby. Looking forward to see more best practices.

This is creating a dialyzer issue: https://github.com/rcdilorenzo/filtrex/commit/392a87aa5eed99a2987dd6e615f27536714d4ad2 It would be cool if we release a new version with this fixed (that is already on master). Thanks!
